The procurement concerns the supply of LED and other lamps, LED and other fluorescent tubes and electrical supplies to subscribers under the conditions specified in this invitation to tender and its flats.

The objective of the contract period is to start on 1 October 2022 and end on 30 September 2023. In addition, the contracting entity reserves the possibility to extend the contract one year at a time, but not more than three (3) option years. The exercise of the option option is decided by the contracting entity at the end of the actual contract period and separately at the end of the option periods.

The acquisition is not divided into sections. Sub-offers are not accepted.

The procurement involves the agreement on a framework agreement. The contracting entity selects a maximum of four (4) tenderers as the contracting provider for the framework agreement on the basis of the overall economic advantage.
