The Accm Community has subscribed in the form of public contracts with effect from 1 January 2022, within the framework of a previous contract, an insurance contract guaranteeing the risks of damage to property with the firm Pilliot and the company Vhv Allgemeine Versicherung.As a reminder, the previous contract 2021-043 was divided into 4 lots composed as follows: Lot 1: RC; Lot 2: Damage to property; Lot 3: Vehicle fleet; Lot 4: Legal protection for elected officialsOnly Lot 2 is the subject of this consultation. This contract will be terminated on 31 December 2023 due to the withdrawal of Vhv from the French local authority market. The Arles Crau-Camargue Montagnette Agglomeration Community is therefore putting this insurance contract back out to competition, in the form of public contracts, with a view to taking out a new contract with effect from its date of notification until 31/12/2026 in order to converge with the other insurance contracts of the Agglomeration Community
