This consultation concerns a contract FOR THE INSTALLATION, RENTAL, MAINTENANCE AND REMOTE COLLECTION OF HEATING COSTS.

As part of its contract, the bidder will establish:

• A BASE offer consisting of the installation, rental, maintenance, remote reading of heat cost allocators, the transmission of data listings, consumption, indexes, the provision of an internet platform for the ORGANIZATION;

• And, a Tenant internet platform, allowing:

o The consultation of the consumption indexes of one's own dwelling and averages calculated on one's building and all the buildings of the Organization for housing typologies.

o In accordance with Decree No. 2020-886 of 20 July 2020 defining the frequency and the terms of access to consumption and billing information related to the consumption of heat, cold and domestic hot water in multi-family residential or mixed buildings with individualization devices and in buildings connected to a heating or cooling network, to have access to:

Monthly, the evaluation of the heating consumption of his home.

Annually, an information note on the heating consumption of his home.
