Hå Municipality has an area of approx. 258 km2 and approx. 19,300 inhabitants. Klepp Municipality has an area of approx.115 km2 and approx. 20,200 inhabitants. Sola Municipality has an area of approx. 69 km2 and approx. 27,600 inhabitants. Time Municipality has an area of approx. 182 km2 and approx. 19,400 inhabitants. The procurement concerns the collection of household and household like waste (collection scheme) in Hå, Klepp, Sola, and Time Municipalities. See the annex with the requirements specification for the assignment and the requirements specification for vehicles for further details on the assignment.

Tenders must include all contracting authorities and will be a total delivery. The contracting authority plans to enter into a contract with one tenderer.

The estimated value of the assignment is between NOK 30 million and NOK 40 million a year. The amounts are a guideline and they can be both lower and higher than the estimate, which is non-binding for the contracting authority, and which gives no rights to the tenderer.
