The subject of the Order is:
Development of the Program and Spatial Concept along with obtaining the Decision on Environmental Conditions for the investment task entitled "Construction of the western bypass of Kraśnik along the provincial road No. 855"
1. The principal purpose of the contract shall be:
A. Development of the Programme and Spatial Concept for the "Construction of the western bypass of Kraśnik along the voivodeship road No. 855".
B. Development of materials and obtaining attachments necessary to obtain the Decision on Environmental Conditions along with obtaining it.
2. In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ 2016/679, p. UE L 119 of 04.05.2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", I inform that:
the administrator of your personal data is the Director of ZDW in Lublin, Bohdana Dobrzańskiego 3, 20-262 Lublin.

3. The Contracting Authority specified in the OPZ that the subject of the contract, i.e. the Study, is to include, m.in. "Removal of architectural barriers within the designed bypass to ensure accessibility for all users, in particular for the disabled" (point II 1.4 of the OPZ), and thus as a public facility after the completion of the construction, it will not have accessibility restrictions by road users, including the disabled, which is required by the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 24 June 2022 on technical and construction regulations for public roads (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1518) and the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 15 April 2022 on technical conditions to be met by buildings and their location (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1255 with późn.zm)
