The subject of the service is the preparation of a technical feasibility study for the establishment of continuity and the improvement of the water structure of the Schmalkalde, starting in Niederschmalkalden to Reichenbach in the water sections 3 to 11 from water body km approx. 1 + 700 (above OL Niederschmalkalden) to 12 + 000 (above OL Reichenbach).

The present service is commissioned in 2 stages. Further information is given in point II.2.14:

Step 1:

- Preliminary study / feasibility study

- Elaboration of tasks and specifications for the tender for design surveying and subsoil exploration

- Hydraulic calculation of the current state

- Object planning of civil engineering structures according to § 43, complete basic services LP 1-2

- Object planning of outdoor facilities according to § 39, complete basic services LP 1-2

- Special services LPH2
