Recruitment of a project management team composed of a mandatory architect, a structural and VRD design office, a fluid design office specializing in RT 2012 thermal studies and a landscaper or town planner. The consultation is open to architects presenting themselves alone if they have all the skills internally within the architectural firm. These skills are mandatory and must be clearly expressed in the application file under penalty of exclusion. The architect will necessarily be the agent; he may possibly subcontract the associated skills required for the design offices but must present them as such upon submission of his application.

The estimated cost of the work is set at EUR 3,620,243.70 excluding tax.
