The purpose of all the work is the construction of 70 individual and intermediate dwellings, Place Jules Verne in NANCY (54000), at the corner of rue Gustave Eiffel on the Plateau de Haye. This program provides for the construction of housing from T2 to T6.

This project is part of the new urban renewal project.
