Due to their material strengths, dimensions and structures, the containers must be suitable for mechanical emptying of standard waste trucks used in Finland.
The subscriber orders the products presented in the call for quotation according to their own needs. The contract shall be valid until the total amount of products presented in the invitation to tender has been fulfilled or the aggregate amount of EUR of the offer becomes full.
The language of the offer is Finnish, attachments can be in English.

Unit prices are quoted in euros (VAT 0%). The price must include the required containers freight free Vantaa (DDP).
The Client undertakes to order from the Supplier the quantities of dishes specified in the invitation to tender. Since the customer does not know the exact order quantities, it is possible that orders are placed in several batches. The first order will be placed by the end of August 2023 at the latest. The following order batches and quantities shall be agreed upon separately between the Client and the Supplier when the Client is aware of the final order quantities.
The bidder must provide a quote for the requested product and quantity. Tenders where the tenderer has not offered the above-mentioned offers. Rejected.
The price information of the offer and the delivery time of the waste containers must be provided on the tarjouspalvelu.fi website using the offer form in the invitation to tender.
The containers must be delivered in a container/vehicle combination so that they are packed in bundles of 8-10 containers. Tires and axles should be packed separately in each container.
! Tires and axles must not be packed in the top container of the container bundle for occupational safety reasons.
Container lids and lid pins can be supplied in the top container of the container bundle or pre-attached. The midsole must be installed.
The dishes will be delivered (Incoterms 2020, DDP) to HSY's warehouse at Hanskalliontie 12, 01760 Vantaa. There is no loading dock at the delivery address. Unloading is carried out from the ground by forklift. The tenderer must take this into account when selecting transport equipment for deliveries.
! Deliveries must be made no later than weeks 40-42.
Two (2) containers/vehicle combinations/delivery date. As a rule, the days should be consecutive days of the week. Demolition is done on weekdays Mon-Fri between seven (7) and fourteen (14). The customer and supplier agree on a more detailed delivery plan when signing the contract.
The size (diameter) of the tire should be 200 mm. The containers must have closed or hollow shafts. The material of the wheels should be such that it does not make noise when moving. The tyre must have a locking pin/stud made of metal that locks the axle to the wheel.
The lid must have a place (120 mm height x 240 mm width) for a sized sorting instruction label. The lid of the containers must bear the symbol "HSY" and the year of manufacture of the container. The height of HSY text is 20–25 mm. Tenders shall be accompanied by a sketch drawing or illustration showing where the markings will be placed and the status of the sorting instruction sticker.
The sides of the dishes must be completely perforated and may additionally have aeration valves.
The container frame (frame + lid, inner bottom is not taken into account) must weigh at least 7 kg when assembled.
The offer should show what noise reduction properties exist in the container as standard and what kind of products are available for it as additional products.
Dishes must comply with the DIN or Affnor standard.
