The purpose of the contract is the provision of Technical Assistance services to the Urban Planning Department of Barcelona Sagrera Alta Velocitat, S.A. (hereinafter BSAV). Specifically, support services are needed to carry out urban development, which includes all aspects related to the drafting and processing of Urban Planning and the execution of Urban and Property Management in which BSAV must participate as coordinator and promoter in the case that the acting Administration so requests and agrees.

The scope and object of this contract is as defined in the Technical Specifications.
