Within the Esset 3-5 properties in Edsberg, the Client plans to add more apartments as a supplement to the existing portfolio. The client's overall objective is to build the number of apartments based on the current detailed plan that provides the best overall economy with regard to apartment distribution and parking needs. It will also be included in the contract to resolve parking through a parking garage and / or surface parking as well as bicycle parking. Work on the preparation of land and gardens including adaptation to the surroundings is expected to be included in the contract. At present, there is a building permit for a total of 97 apartments in four buildings, of which three in four floors and one in 12 floors. This building permit can be used but other solutions that are included in the detailed plan are accepted if it gives the Buyer a better overall economy.
