Roof waterproofing and plumbing work for the construction of a residential district with 152 apartments with a total area of approx. 11,000 m² in Stutensee Blankenloch, on the site of the former swimming pool.
The construction site is divided into 2 sub-areas, each with a separate underground car park. The apartments are arranged in 9 three-four-storey spatially separated buildings with 15 house entrances. A café is to be integrated on the ground floor of House VII. Due to the high rated water level, a closed excavation pit with construction and soft gel sole is planned.
The overall completion of all apartments is planned by the first quarter of 2024.

- concrete slabs, balcony terrace coverings approx. 950.00 m²
Plumbing work:
- Attic covers approx. 1,100m
- downpipes approx. 800.00 m
- Titanium zinc standing seam, lift crossings approx. 255.00 m²
