The purpose of this Framework Agreement is the supply of PPE and other items to face the COVID-19 pandemic for Serveis Ambientals del Vallès Oriental, SA, hereinafter, Savosa, to achieve the following objectives:

a) Select the natural or legal persons who may provide the supply of personal protective equipment and other elements for Savosa;

b) Establish the general conditions of award and execution to which the contracts based on this Framework Agreement will have to be adjusted.
