The Client wants to conclude an agreement for the pumping installations spread over the 11 cores of the municipality of Krimpenerwaard. The goal that the client pursues is the preventive and corrective maintenance of pumping installations in all areas through this agreement.
Insofar as not mentioned in the agreement, as attached in Appendix 5, the services offered must be appropriate for the purpose for which this service is hired. At all times, the Assignment must be carried out carefully and comply with all legal regulations.
Description of the work will be the schedule of requirements (Annex 1) and the overview of pumping installations (Annex 3). The contact persons of both parties will be announced annually before the start of the work and introduced to each other.
The work takes place both inside and outside the built-up area of the cores of the municipality of Krimpenerwaard
