The existing daycare center in the Heldenbergen district is becoming too small. Due to the planned expansion of the area of the city of Nidderau, there is a need to expand the range of day-care centres. This need will be met by the planned new construction of the KITA Allee Mitte II. The new building is planned as a wedge-shaped, two-storey standard building, with the daycare centre on the ground floor and 13 apartments on the upper floor.
