Nantes - Tour du Doubs: Design-build for the rehabilitation of a 15-storey tower comprising 103 collective housing units

The purpose of this consultation is to designate a group of designer-developers who will be responsible for conducting design studies, ensuring the completion of the work, monitoring the site, steering and improving the energy performance of buildings.

. Creation of a social solidarity economy pole on the ground floor.
