The aim of the procurement is to join up with a expert project manager to manage the project with the procurement and implementation of a new communication system (KOM) and the implementation of a new case management system (SAK). In general the project manager must have the capability for process management and project management for several processes, carry out a procurement process, and manage the implementation of the new systems. The role of the project manager in the implementation of the new systems will include follow-up of the chosen suppliers and systems, ensure necessary progress, and function as a contact point for users, NKS110 IKS, and the 110 exchanges.

The systems are critical infrastructure, so there are particularly strict requirements for suitability for the project manager who is awarded the assignment. The project manager must ensure integration and coordination between the overlapping systems and projects, and will be responsible for integrations, including the communication system with other stand-by plans.
