The purpose of this consultation is to enter into a framework agreement for the supplies of the OPH management in various materials and products for the different lots. The estimated amount of needs being higher than the formalized procedure threshold, the contract is awarded according to an open call for tenders. The framework agreement fixes the contractual stipulations and will be executed according to the needs of the office by the issuance of order forms. The prices indicated in the unit price schedule or by application of the catalog prices discounted for the categories of items expressly referred to in each lot will be applied. BPU prices will apply to supplies actually delivered. Each lot corresponds to a framework agreement, each framework agreement is a single beneficiary.
