1. The subject of the order is the delivery of M2M replacement communication modems.
2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 parts, which differ in the quantity of some of the ordered products, as specified in the description for the given part of the contract in point II.2) of the contract notice, divided into basic and optional orders.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of M2M replacement communication modems. The subject of the order was divided into 2 parts, which differ in the quantity of some of the ordered products.
2. The subject of the contract under lot 1 is:
a) basic order:
- supply of test modems - 6 sets,
- modems supply - 48,000 sets,
- delivery of the Service Software together with licenses for modems under the basic order - 1 set,
- delivery of the Expert System with licenses for modems under the basic order - 1 set,
- providing the service, as part of the quality guarantee provided, and providing basic support services within 36 months of the date of receipt of the last modem delivery, confirmed by the acceptance protocol - 1 set
b) optional orders:
- modems supply, not exceeding - 12,000 sets together with the extension with necessary licenses for the Service Software and Expert System provided in the basic order,
- providing additional support services, not exceeding - 180 man-hours,
- supply of external antennas on a magnetic base with a 1.5m cable, in an amount not exceeding - 1 800 kpl.

- delivery of service software with licenses for modems under the basic order - 1 set,
- delivery of an expert system with licenses for modems under the basic order - 1 set,
- providing the service, as part of the quality guarantee provided, and providing basic support services within 36 months of the date of receipt of the last modem delivery, confirmed by the acceptance protocol - 1 set
b) optional orders:
- modems supply, not exceeding - 8,000 sets along with the extension of necessary licenses for the service software and expert system provided in the basic order,
- providing additional support services, not exceeding - 120 man-hours,
- supply of external antennas on a magnetic base with a 1.5m cable, in an amount not exceeding - 1,200 sets.
