a) The subject of the contract is the purchase and one-off delivery of signs of steps, sheaths, identification marks, distinctive signs, pennants for a beret, special signs for the uniform, hereinafter referred to as the "product".
b) The subject of the contract is specified in detail in Annex 8 to the SWZ (for parts 1 and 2 of the contract) – i.e. a description of the subject of the contract. The subject of the contract should also be made on the basis of the price form constituting Annex 2 and 2 a to the SWZ, constituting its integral part.
The subject of the contract should be made on the basis of approved Military Technical and Technological Documentation (WDTT)
– for part 1 excluding the item concerning the signs of steps to the beret st. szer. spec. , and for lot 2 the approved model (WDTT) applies only to item 1 of the price form.
The objects of the order are subject to quality supervision carried out by the District Military Representation, which will make the acceptance – with the exception of badges for a senior private
