The Framework Agreement includes deliveries of mini-diggers with machine trailers acquired by FMI to the Armed Forces (hereinafter FSV) and related fixed equipment, logistics and maintenance, documentation and services. The FSV has an inventory of about 6 mini-diggers at the time of publication of the tender business. FSV's current inventory of minidiggers is run-down, causing the inventory to be both difficult and cost-heavy to maintain. The FSV therefore wants to acquire time-time mini-diggers with machine trailers, as a replacement for the FSV's already existing holding of mini-diggers, which address the operational needs of FSV.

Loose equipment includes planner shovels, which must be available for purchase for the mini-graves for the duration of the framework agreement and are not part of the commissioned mini-digger.

Logistics and maintenance include special tools, tools and spare parts, which must be available for the minigraves for the duration of the framework agreement and are not part of the commissioned minidigger.

Documentation includes operation and safety manuals, specifications of lubricants and refrigerants used, and list of necessary user maintenance tools. Documentation also includes parts catalog and workshop manuals.

Services include training FSV driving, lifting, drag and lashing and mechanic instructors, as well as technical support. Services shall be available for the duration of the framework agreement.

Minidiggers are used by operational capabilities of the Ministry of Defence's area of authority in national and international contexts. Minidiggers will be deployed primarily to support camp establishment and operation, as well as commonly occurring construction tasks, such as infrastructure maintenance and digging work. Minidiggers are used in conjunction with the harvesting, runoff and planning of land, as well as the moving, spreading and compressing of loose materials, including filling holes after digging trenches, renders and cables.

Minidiggers use different fuels under different conditions and the best possible compromise between operational operational safety and low emissions is desired. Minidiggers will be transported on machine trailers, ships, rail, block and semi-trailers, and in larger aircraft types.
