The subject of the contract is a banking service in the scope of granting a long-term loan for repayment of previously incurred liabilities under loans with a total amount of PLN 705,824.13.

Expected schedule of credit use:

• October – December 2023

The loan will be used according to the needs of the Ordering Party with prior notification to the Contractor.

The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use the credit granted in full.

The ordering party may change the loan repayment schedule during the loan period without commission

and bank charges.

Credit characteristics:

a) the loan amount PLN 705,824.13 (in words: seven hundred five thousand eight hundred twenty-four PLN 13/100),

b) loan repayment period: from 20.01.2032. to 20.12.2035r.

c) grace period for repayment of the loan until 20 January 2032.

d) the loan will be repaid in installments specified in the SWZ
