The purpose of this Dynamic Acquisition System (hereinafter SDA) is to choose companies with sufficient technical and material capacities that may participate in tenders for the award of derivative contracts within the framework of the SDA, whose purpose is the supply of computer licenses of administrative scope, computer licenses for infrastructure of ICT systems and supply of computer equipment for SUMAR, Serveis Públic d'Acció Social de Catalunya, M.P, S.L.
The supplies covered by this SDA are grouped into three categories, depending on the type of product. The same tenderer may apply for membership of any category without any limitation.
Category 1. Supply of computer licenses of administrative scope.
Licenses in this category apply to:
- Software that requires a client-server relationship.
- Software of the worker's workstation.
Licenses may be a first installation of the software, renewal and upgrade.
The execution of the object of the derivative contracts included in this category will imply by the supplier the processing of personal data of SUMAR. The supplier will process the data as data processor for the fulfillment of the specific purposes that will be established in each derivative contract. The company that is awarded the derivative contract must sign the personal data processing contract.
Category 2. Supply of computer licenses by ICT systems infrastructure.
This category refers to base and infrastructure software, such as development software, application software, monitoring, security tools, virtualization systems, backups, maintenance license renewals and others.
Licenses can be applied to previously installed software (to apply an update) or new installations.
Category 3. Supply of computer equipment.
The objective of this category is the supply of computer equipment to guarantee and improve the work of SUMAR staff and the centers that SUMAR manages.
The products and the unique technical requirements of the specific supplies to be executed will be developed in the based procurement.
