Innherred Innkjøp invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a contract for interpretation services. The contracting authority comprises 5 municipalities

The objective of the invitation to tender is to enter into a framework agreement to cover the contracting authority's needs for interpreting services related to physical attendance, and remote interpreting via telephone or video (Teams, Zoom, etc.)

Purpose of the procurement

The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement for joint interpretation services on behalf of the 5 municipalities. The interpretation services include on-location interpretation, on-line interpretation, telephone interpretation and the translation of documents.

The interpretation service will be used by the municipalities' institutions and service locations for guidance, clarifications, information, follow-up and quality assurance.

Municipal enterprises that need interpreters include: health centres, general practitioners, child welfare, adult education, NAV, crisis centres, emergency doctor surgeries the refugee service, schools, nurseries, care institutions etc.

The objective of the agreement is to ensure that the contracting authority achieves a cost efficient and rational procurement of high quality interpretation services, simplifying the procurements and achieve an improved total financial progress.

The agreement includes services listed in the service requirement specification and the price sheet.
