The purpose of this consultation is to set up framework agreements for carrying out minor carpentry, blinds and closures work for the needs of the CEA Le Ripault center. The envisaged framework agreement will cover needs from 0 to 25,000 EUR excluding tax.

In a 1 er time, it is necessary to submit an application respecting the conditions of the contract notice. In a 2 d In time, the CEA will send to the companies selected, following the analysis of the applications, an invitation to tender.

Exterior carpentry:

- supply and installation of exterior carpentry (window, glass door, frames, etc.).

Interior carpentry - layout:

- replacement or installation of an interior door,

- repair or replacement of interior joinery elements (plinth, chair rail, shelf, worktop, etc.).

Glazing and mirrors:

- replacement of bay window,

- mirror installation, glazing ...

Blinds and closures:

- replacement or installation of interior and exterior curtain.

The envisaged framework agreement covers works needs from 0 to 25,000 EUR excluding VAT. Annually, it represents around 230 cases for an average amount of EUR 2,400 excluding VAT.
