Transport, storage and dismantling of vehicles from the administrative districts of the state of Berlin to the extent of approximately 1,220 individual orders. Vehicle classes to be transported and stored: Motorcycles / mopeds / e-scooters, vehicles up to 3.5 t GVW, vehicles over 3.5 t GVW up to 7.49 t GVW, trailers single-axle, other trailers, vehicles from 7.5 t GVW. The contracting company shall remove the designated vehicle from public road land within 5 working days of the date on which the order is placed. The average storage period of a vehicle is about 70 days. The contracting company also assumes responsibility for the proper disposal of the garbage and hazardous waste contained in the vehicles released for dismantling. A vehicle for lots 1 and 2 accounts for an average of 0.2 m3 of waste. In the course of placing the order, the Contractor will be informed of the possibility of the need to handle electric or hybrid vehicles. The company must ensure that from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 it is possible to return the stored / towed vehicles and to inspect them. During this time, the company must be staffed with at least one employee at all times. The contractor must have one or more parking spaces, which are located a maximum of 1.5 km walk from a stop within the fare zone A/B/C of the Verkehrsverbund Berlin-Brandenburg (VBB). At the time of submission of the offer, the frequency of the VBB may not exceed 60 minutes during the opening hours specified in 4.1 of the service description. Each lot must have a total parking area of at least 5,000 m2 by 01.12.2023 at the latest. Suitable parking facilities must be provided for the safe and environmentally sound parking of towed vehicles. The premises and the storage facilities must comply with legal and, in particular, environmental regulations. For the provision of these services, an efficient fleet of vehicles must be provided. All required vehicles must be available and ready for use at all times at the contractor's premises, including .dem personnel required for this.
