The current situation of the automotive sector entails the need to carry out this tender in two phases of execution: Phase 1. Supply of vehicles for a maximum period of 5 months, and Phase 2. Supply of new vehicles for the remaining period up to a maximum of 53 months from the end of phase 1.

However, since phase 1 is transitory, if bidders are in a position to bid directly for new vehicles at the start of the contract, they will be able to do so without going through phase 1.
