Rehabilitation work on building 503 of the Institut d'Optique Graduate School (IOGS), located rue du Belvédère in Orsay 91400 (Paris-Saclay University Campus). The description of the works and services and their technical specifications are given in the documents appended to the application form (PC, program of the operation, etc.) including design services when presenting the (optional) variants strictly supervised to the CCTP at the DCE OFfre stadium. Need for procedure with negotiation in application of article R. 2124-3 of the CCP, carried out in two phases: application then sending DCE offers to the seven selected candidates (maximum).
