1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of 1 brand new single-unit, low-entry electric bus, intended for public transport with the delivery of an external dual-range stationary or mobile charger with a power of 40/80 kW.
2. Bus parameters:
1) Bus dimensions: length min. 8 m to 9.0 m, width max. 2.55 m (without exterior mirrors), height max. 3.5 m;
(2) minimum number of passenger seats: 19 seated, 49 in total;
3) electric motor with a power of min. 140 kW;
4) energy storage: with a capacity of at least 200 kWh built in a way that allows their replacement in the Ordering Party's workshop conditions, charging the energy storage with a plug-in system, external dual-range stationary or mobile charger with a power of 40/80 kW, minimum number of charging cycles not less than 4,000 without a decrease in energy storage capacity of more than 20%.

6) body: self-supporting, corrosion-protected, outer and roof sheathing made of corrosion-resistant steel – stainless steel or aluminum, protected against corrosion, elements of glass fibre reinforced plastic are allowed in the elements of the front and rear walls, windscreen divided vertically along the axis of the vehicle, separate heated windshield of the directional plate;
7) min. low floor (without transverse steps along the communication route inside the bus) from the front of the bus to the second door, the first and second stepless doors, the height of entrances from the road level – max 320 mm;
8) warranty conditions:
a) for the whole bus – 3 years (36 months) without mileage limit (a separate warranty applies to energy storage),
b) for corrosion perforation of outer plating and body and chassis frame without the need for additional maintenance during operation – 10 years (120 months),
c) for varnish coatings – 5 years (60 months),
d) for the durability of the structure and sheathing, i.e. cracking of the frame, frame, sheathing sheets – 10 years (120 months),
e) for the possibility of purchasing all spare parts for the bus: its construction, assemblies, components, devices, etc. – 15 years,
f) a minimum number of charging cycles of not less than 4 000 without a decrease in energy storage capacity of not more than 20%, with an annual mileage of max. 40.000km
