The procurement concerns a turnkey contract for the erection of the new Ulsteinvik barneskule [Ulsteinvik Primary School]. Through this project, Ullstein Eigedomsselskap KF wants to build a new Ulsteinvik Primary School, 1st-3rd year next to the existing primary school. The new building is designed as an angle building in the second storey, with the possibility for a later third storey, the total area is 2 430 m2. In addition, an external play area of approx. 450 m2 will be built/developed. It is designed for universal design both inside and outside and is suitable for the utilisation of the property in a good manner so that one can achieve the desired functions. Construction will take place within municipal property zoned for the purpose and in-line with requirements stated in the attached requirement specification and descriptions.
