Description:

Bron Afon Community Housing [‘Bron Afon’] has a requirement for suitably qualified, accredited and experienced organisations to provide labour and materials in order to deliver high quality and timely responsive repair and planned works.

Bron Afon intends to establish a thirteen (13) lot Framework Agreement [‘Framework’] to fulfil its requirements for a period of twenty-four (24) months with the option to extend by two (2) further periods of twelve (12) months each. The estimated value of Works per annum is two million pounds sterling (2 000 000 GBP) over all lots; however, Bron Afon do not bind themselves to purchase any level or service or quantity of goods through the Framework.

General Building Works

Bron Afon has a requirement for General Building Reactive and Planned Repairs and Maintenance works to domestic properties within the Torfaen County Borough.

Metal Works and Welding Works

Bron Afon has a requirement for Metal and Welding Reactive and Planned Repairs and Maintenance works to domestic properties within the Torfaen County Borough.
