The services concern the purchase of maintenance products, materials and consumables current and specific, necessary for the maintenance and hygiene of the premises of municipal services, swimming pools, public roads and vehicles.

It will result in a single-awarded framework agreement with purchase orders with no minimum or maximum, the needs of which have been estimated over the duration of the contract (including renewals) in view of previous consumptions all lots combined as follows:

- city of Troyes: 520 000 EUR excluding taxes,

- CMAS of Troyes: 14 000 EUR HT.

The services are divided into 4 distinct sections according to the nomenclature code and the end user, comprising altogether 159 lots, each representing a unit price or several unit prices.

The framework agreement is broken down into 159 lots, each representing a unit price or several unit prices.

Specific cases of lots 21, 64, 65, 69, 70, 73, 74, 75, 86, 87, 93, 98, 111, 122, 123, 129 and 134.

It will be necessary to complete all the unit price lines relating to the lots indicated above.

Reserved markets:

- it is specified that Lots 112, 113 and 114 are reserved for adapted enterprises such as Work Assistance Centers (CLAs), Employment Assistance Institutions and Services (ESAT), Adapted Enterprises (EA) and the Protected Workshops (PA) ensuring the insertion and the professional reclassification of the handicapped workers and having been approved by the regional direction, in application of the articles L. 2113-12 and R. 2113-7 of the code of public order.

Ecological products: it is specified that lots 50, 51, 63, 69, 70, 71, 74, 75, 77 and 105 are reserved for ecological products which have obtained one of the following 3 standards: Ecolabel of the European Union - Ecocert - French environmental standard.
