The tendered contract includes client consultancy in connection with the construction of a new neurorehabilitation centre in Brønderslev.
The building stock that currently houses Neurounit Nord, Brønderslev, is worn out and no longer up to date. It has therefore been decided that a new building for neurorehabilitation will be built in Brønderslev. The new building will be built in close proximity to the old building stock, which will be in operation during the construction period, after which it will be demolished. The new building, which is expected to have an area of approx. 6,000 m2, will therefore contain the same facilities that are currently accommodated in the old building stock, including 30 beds as single rooms – with associated shower and toilet, training facilities and other service functions.
In addition to the classic building disciplines, the building must focus on, among other things, sustainability, climate and healing activities based on the latest principles of neurorehabilitation, rehabilitative efforts, light, colour scheme, atmosphere, etc.
The client consultant's services are stated in the project-specific service description and cover a broad spectrum of client consultancy services in connection with the construction of a new rehabilitation centre. However, the tasks on the contract will primarily relate to the following services:
- Preparation of tender documents, including functional diagrams and room forms at project proposal level, subject descriptions/requirement specifications and building programme.
- Brugerinddragelse.
- Implementation of EU tenders for turnkey contracts, including tender evaluation and contracting with turnkey contractor.
- Ongoing client consultancy during design and execution.
- Client supervision and management in connection with design and execution.
- Quality assurance and project investigation.
- Handling ICT.
- Bæredygtighedsrådgivning.
- Commissioningledelse.
- Preparation of material that can form the basis for demolition and disposal of the existing building stock under the turnkey contract.
