The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer.

Through this procurement, the Sunnmøre Procurement Collaboration would like to ensure access to good food products within the range of fruit, berries and vegetables, such as fresh fruit, fresh berries, fresh vegetables and freshly harvested/processed vegetables for use in food production and serving in institutions, schools and nurseries.

In addition to good prices, wide product assortment, high quality of the delivered goods and good functions in the ordering system, as well as delivery in vehicles that ensure the correct temperature of the product, among other things, are important for the contracting authority in this procurement.

The scope of this framework agreement will vary from year to year and depends on different framework factors. The contracting authority has therefore set an upper limit to this contract in order to ensure continuity in deliveries and an increased predictability for the contracting authority and the chosen tenderer. The upper limit of this framework agreement is set at NOK 50 million excluding VAT. The contracting authority reserves the right to terminate and conduct a new contest if this agreement should exceed the stated upper limit before the contract period expires, and this is considered a significant change.
