The tender concerns Holbæk Municipality's purchase of daily cash transactions for all of the municipality's units and institutions.

The invitation to tender shall relate to the procurement of day-to-day banking transactions for all entities and institutions of the contracting entity:

- Handling of the client's daily cash transactions using ordinary accounts for deposits and withdrawals as well as the use of electronic payment processing and related services.

- The creation and operation of accounts, including accounts with linked payment cards

- Handling of physical deposits

- Maximising the return on the contracting entity's working capital

- Streamlining cash flows that minimize interest losses

- Streamlining of business processes internally at the client

- IT support of payment transactions, including access to the offeror's online banking system.

Excluding from the tender are:

- Purchase and sale of securities,

- Låneoptagelse,

- Loan administration and

- Placing excess liquidity in non-cash sources.
