The subject of the contract is: delivery, implementation, maintenance, and technical support of an integrated digital service system for foreigners along with the provision of on-site assistance and operational support services in the process of issuing residence cards CUKR. The contracting authority plans to divide the contract into a maximum of 5 partial tasks: Partial task No. 1 - Process Automation Platform (RPA) Partial task No. 2 - Residence Card Sorting Systems CUKR Partial task No. 3 - Virtual Queue Partial task No. 4 - Biometric Photo Booth Partial task No. 5 - E-kiosks for self-scanning documents and fingerprinting. The contracting authority informs that the final scope of the order may be reduced. The contracting authority reserves the right to withdraw some partial tasks or combine them at the stage of publishing the relevant contract announcement depending on the final budgetary capabilities and organizational conditions of the contracting authority.
