The contract includes the maintenance and repair of individual and collective installations for heating and production of sanitary hot water in our heritage in the municipalities of Boom and Rumst, of which inventory is attached.

Repeated unavailability during these possible calls may give rise to termination of this contract without entitlement to compensation.

All non-standard repair orders must be completed as quickly as possible and within seven days at the latest. Goods and materials must therefore be available within an acceptable period of time to ensure rapid processing of orders.
