Among other things, the Swiss Federal Office of Energy (SFOE) is committed to reducing CO2 emissions. A key instrument for reducing CO2 emissions are target agreements concluded between the Confederation or the cantons and companies.
For the processing of the target agreements, three pools of consultants are procured with the present tender. The pools of consultants unite energy consultants under one roof who, as specialists, provide consulting services for increasing energy efficiency and reducing CO2 emissions for companies throughout Switzerland.
