The procurement refers to a cloud-based system solution for case management across multiple domains (AD) /IT landscapes with associated management and support and development of existing and new functionality. The procurement refers to an overall commitment in the sense that during the contract period the system provider is expected to assist in both introduction and decommissioning.

Procurement on behalf of “IT Center”. IT centres are governed by a joint service board responsible for the IT infrastructure of Ludvika and Smedjeback Municipal Groups.

Procured case management system will be procured and will be used jointly within both of these local government groups.

Contracts will be written for a maximum of 10 years including extension options and the total value of the upload is estimated to be between: 5,000,000 to SEK 6,000,000, based on the number of users/handlers (about 50pc) and contract period.
