This consultation concerns the conclusion of a single-award framework agreement with subsequent contracts and purchase orders covering needs in the provision of project management services encountered on equipment and systems projects. These services relate to studies and monitoring of installation work of equipment or systems relating to tolls, the route, telecommunications, energy (excluding TGBT, generator and high voltage) and tunnels. These missions mainly include OPC and DET missions. Complementary APS, APD, PRO, ACT, EXE, VISA and AOR missions can be added as needed, as well as project management assistance missions.
