This framework agreement concerns the removal of specific diffuse waste as well as gas cylinders at the collection sites of the DECOSET perimeter, their transport and treatment at an approved place of delivery, in accordance with the regulations in force. Because of their flammability, toxicity and corrosiveness, Specific Diffuse Waste and gas cylinders, in accordance with the circular of 18 May 1977, cannot follow the same disposal procedures as household waste.
Waste treatment Diffuse Specificcollection and transport must comply with ADR (European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road) compliance; the holder's operating site will also require authorisation under the ICPE regulations. Waste must be traced throughout the chain by an Industrial Waste Tracking Form (BSDI)

They will be labeled according to the regulations in force, they will also have a label to identify the products to be deposited.
