I. The subject of the investment is the extension of the voivodeship road No. 844 on the section Mircze - Witków from km 75+200 to km 80+260. The planned extension consists in the construction of a roadway with a width of 7.00 m (lanes 2x3.50 m) together with ground shoulders with a width of 1.50 m along with the construction and extension of engineering structures and the protection or expansion of external devices colliding with the road under construction and engineering structures. The section of road in question to be extended with a total length of 5.1 km is located in the Lublin Voivodeship, Hrubieszów County and the municipalities of Mircze - on the section from km 75+200 to km 78+210 and the commune of Dołhobyczów - on the section from km 78+210 to km 80+260.

II. The design documentation is adapted to the identified needs of people with disabilities and consistent with the concept of universal design.

II.The contracting authority provides for contracts referred to in Article 214 paragraph 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law for a value not exceeding PLN 4,065,040.65 net. The contract may be awarded on the road covered by the scope of the basic contract.

The scope of the contract will include:

preparatory works, removal of trees and shrubs, removal of carps, mechanical removal of the fertile soil layer, demolition of road and street elements, demolition of bridge elements and culverts, demolition of fences, excavation and embankments, execution of substructures, execution of improved substrate, execution of frost protection layer, execution of the surface from an unbound mixture, execution of the surface of stone and concrete paving stones, execution of pavement surface construction, execution of layers bituminous and road surface, execution of the surface and construction of the vehicle inspection station, laying of the filling and grafting membrane (slurry seal), reinforcement of slopes and ditches, execution of complete culverts under the exits, execution of complete covered ditches, execution of a settling tank and complete inspection / sewage manholes, laying drains, execution of roadsides, execution of horizontal and vertical markings and BRD devices, installation of active signs, execution of exits, construction street elements, rearrangement of small architecture objects, execution of animal protection devices, execution of other additional works, construction of culverts under the crown of the road and exits, tidying up the area, execution of drainage of the road body with the construction of tanks with a fence and gates, finishing works, works related to the implementation of lighting, works related to the reconstruction and protection of power networks, teletechnical, rainwater drainage, water supply networks and others Network.

Conditions under which contracts will be awarded similar:

- Negotiations will be held during which the parties will determine the detailed scope of the contract, the deadline for the performance of the contract and the amount of remuneration,

- The contractor for the basic contract shall perform it to the same standard as for the basic contract.

III. The contracting authority provides for the cancellation of the procedure on the basis of Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law if the funds from the European Funds for Eastern Polish, which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance the contract, are not granted to it.

IV. The Contracting Authority provides for the requirements indicated in Article 95(1) in the scope of employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing the activities referred to in point XXVI.1.SWZ in the scope of contract performance.

V. The Contracting Authority does not allow the possibility of submitting partial bids - a detailed justification is contained in the SWZ.

VI.The contracting authority provides for partial payments in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract.
