This consultation concerns the implementation of a framework agreement, with the objective of carrying out a set of technical diagnoses (asbestos, lead, gas, etc.) on the entire heritage of CDC HABITAT SAINTE BARBE.

The execution of the framework agreement will be carried out exclusively with purchase orders on price slips annexed to the agreement agreement.

The projected duration of the framework agreement is one year, and may be renewed three times (3) under the conditions defined in the Act of Commitment (EA).

Pursuant to the Public Procurement Code, this framework agreement will be concluded with two holders.
