The purpose of the consultation is to conclude framework agreements with purchase orders for the supply and installation of digital equipment (network, audiovisual, sound system and RFID tag) concluded for a firm period of two years from the date of their notification. For each of the lots, the services give rise to a framework agreement with purchase orders with minimum and maximum, pursuant to Article R.2162-4-1° of the French Public Procurement Code
