The object of the contract is made up of two services, executed by the same team:

The monitoring and response of cybersecurity incidents (SOC) consists of a regular provision that includes the exploitation of this SOC, considering for these purposes that the service object of the SOC must be provided to ICF 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The development of a new complex source, consists of a non-regular provision, which the ICF may use depending on the needs it detects for the improvement of the SOC service, and which may consist of those activities of implementations of new source, dashboards, reports, or natural growth of the platform, which imply more than 60 hours of dedication necessary for the modification of the SOC, derived from the new needs that are identified in the functionality of the same.
