The subject of the contract is the execution of active protection treatments on land properties owned by the State Treasury managed by the Forest District Bielsk with a total area of 4,57 ha, located: in Forestry Pavły: on plots 430, 425, 426, 427, located within geodesic Kaniuki: plot 1116/1 within the surveying of Ryboły, Zabłudów Municipality, in Forestry Hołody plot 1821 within the surveying Hryniewicze Duże Commune Bielsk Podlaski and in Forestry Kleszczele plot 3997/3 within the surveying Kleszczele Gmina Gmina town of Kleszczele. The place of execution of the subject of the order will be the administrative area of the Bielsk Forest District in Bielsk Podlaski.

The scope of the subject matter of the Agreement shall include:
1) mowing together with harvesting and removing biomass from the treatment site.
2) the collected biomass the Contractor must be transported from the treatment area to the location indicated by the Ordering Authority.

Biomass originated after mowning is owned by the Ordering Party. Biomass obtained as a result of the implementation of conservation activities under the procurement cannot be offered on the market and used for economic purposes. It cannot be burned or sunk.

3.3 The works include one time during the year mowing grass on the grasslands of the Bielsk Forest District with an area of A) 4.04ha and B) 0.53 hectares. The location of the surfaces covered by the service is shown in the table, 3.14. The total size of all surfaces combined, is not subject to change. The works consist of:
• mowning grass;
• collection of dry biomass and export to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority or (in the event of adverse conditions) depositing in copies and exports within another convenient time, however, not later than the time limit specified in paragraph 3.12.
3.4 The height of removal of the surface biomass is:

- 10 cm above ground level, and in the case of habitats with a bristle structure, the height of the procedure is determined at 5 cm from the tip of the clump. The treatment can not cause damage to the structure of the tuft, permanently destroy vegetation, or damage the structure of peat. In this case, the procedure must be absolutely done by hand.
