Bromford requires the supply of high-quality refurbishment works to homes of non-traditional construction, in summary the scope of the requirements under this contract will include:

Major refurbishment works to 276 properties

Minor refurbishment works to 270 properties.

The PRC project will comprise of the refurbishment of non-traditional construction. A number of these properties will have EWI (external wall insulation), other properties will be redecorated or have other minor works undertaken.

Works are expected to commence February 2021 and be completed by September 2023.

All tenders must be submitted via the Procontract Supplier portal as per the instructions set out in the ITT.
