The subject of the Order is the provision of public transport services (regular transport as part of local public transport, i.e. public transport) on lines 86, N86 in Rumia and the Kosakowo commune, one low-floor city bus, according to timetables constituting Annex 1 to the Description of the Subject of the Contract.

The subject of the Order is the provision of public transport services (regular transport as part of local public transport, i.e. public transport) on lines 86, N86 in Rumia and the municipality of Kosakowo, one low-floor city bus, according to timetables constituting an attachment to the Description of the Subject of the Contract. The order includes the operation of the following lines:

• 86 – all days of the week, by one bus,

• N86 – on the nights of 24/25 December, by one bus.

2. Estimated number of vehicle-kilometers during the period of the Order: 235.168.

3. Order completion date: 1 June 2023 – 31 December 2026

4. The provision of services is to be carried out by one low-floor city bus, type:

• MN – with a length from 8.01 m to 9.50 m, or

• KN – with a length from 9.51 m to 11.00 m, or

• MV – length from 11.01 m to 13.50 m,

meeting (strictly required by the Ordering Party):

• conditions specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022) and technical and utility parameters specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
