The subject of this award procedure is the award of postal services for the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster.

In detail, the following are awarded in lots:

- Lot 1: Collection, transport and delivery of letters up to 1000 grams, delivery area: Leitregion 48

- Lot 2: Collection, transport and delivery of letters up to 1000 grams, delivery area: nationwide (without lead region 48)

The performance period begins on 01.07.2023. The contract ends no later than 24 months after the start of the contract, unless the client makes use of its unilateral option right to extend the contract. There is the possibility in favour of the client of two extensions for a further year each. The maximum contract duration can therefore be 4 years. The contract thus ends by 30.06.2027 at the latest, including the optional period.

It is expressly pointed out that all shipment quantities named in the bills of quantities are intended to serve only as a calculation aid/guideline.

The above-mentioned binding maximum purchase limits apply (in each case based on the maximum total term of the framework agreements).

The customer is entitled to deviate from the stated shipping quantities. It is entitled to call off lower or no shipping quantities.

The contractor is expressly not entitled to a minimum shipping quantity. There is no obligation to pay remuneration for quantities not called.

The order includes the carriage of all named consignments (if called) and includes in particular. furthermore, the services:

- weekdays (except Saturdays) collection of shipments from the AG

- Recording of shipment quantities

- Position of the transport containers by the contractor

- Transport of shipments

- Franking/franking

- weekday delivery and delivery to the recipient

- Delivery of consignments (mandatory also to P.O. Box addresses, large recipient addresses, internal mailboxes)

- Ensuring the possibility of shipment storage (registered mail)

- monthly billing based on daily lists of proofs.
