The subject of the contract is the transport of waste fractions generated in the ZZO in Wólka Rokicka.
In accordance with Article 91 (1) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of partial tenders, broken down into 2 parts, as below:
Part I:
"Transport of combustible fractions of codes 19 12 12 , 19 12 10, 19 12 04",
The estimated amount of waste to be transported during the term of the contract will be 26,000 Mg (basic range), and the amount covered by the option right: an additional 2,000 Mg.
The minimum guaranteed amount of waste to be transported is 24 000 Mg.
Part II:
Transport of non-flammable fractions of codes 19 05 01, 19 05 03 and 19 05 99
The estimated amount of waste to be transported during the term of the contract will be 30,000 Mg (basic range), and the amount covered by the option right: an additional 4,000 Mg.
The minimum guaranteed amount of waste to be transported is 20,000 Mg.
Transport of combustible fractions with codes 19 12 12 , 19 12 10, 19 12 04Transport of combustible fractions with codes 19 12 12 , 19 12 10, 19 12 04", the scope of which includes the transport of waste fractions generated at the ZZO in Wólka Rokicka, in accordance with Waste generated in the installation will be transported by the Contractor to the processing installation located in Chełm, at ul. The length of the one-way route is 90 km.
a) The load will be combustible waste with codes 19 12 12 , 19 12 10, 19 12 04 resulting from sorting municipal waste. Waste in loose and baled form will be loaded by the ordering party at the Waste Management Plant in Wólka Rokicka, Wólka Rokicka 100, 21-100 Lubartów.
b) The Ordering Party informs that during the performance of the contract there may be a change in the current waste processing installation. The Contracting Authority anticipates that the new location of the installation will be located in the range: 30-100 km from the Ordering Party's headquarters.
The above circumstance will not result in a change in remuneration, which the Contractor must take into account when valuing the offer
c) The Contractor is obliged to perform a minimum of 6 (fraction received in bulk) / 2 (fraction collected in beams), .
d) Loading hours: between 6:00 and 22:00 from Monday to Friday except Sundays and public holidays.
e) The contractor for the transport of materials must have trucks with a set for transporting materials in bulk and in beams – a dump trailer enabling free unloading of material by the so-called moving floor.
f) The service will be provided continuously for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the contract.
g) The estimated amount of waste to be transported during the term of the contract will be 26,000 Mg (basic range), and the amount covered by the option right: an additional 2,000 Mg.
The minimum guaranteed amount of waste to be transported is 24 000 Mg.
The actual amount of waste to be transported will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party.
Transport of non-flammable fractions of codes 19 05 01, 19 05 03 and 19 05 99Transport of non-flammable fractions with codes 19 05 01, 19 05 03 and 19 05 99", which transport waste fractions generated in the ZZO in Wólka Rokicka. Waste generated in the installation will be transported by the Contractor to installations located in Kraśnik and in the vicinity of Parczew. The length of the route is about 67 km.
a) The load will be non-combustible waste with the following codes: 19 05 01 (non-composted fractions of municipal and similar waste, 19 05 03 (compost not meeting the requirements), and 19 05 99 (stabilizer after the aerobic stabilization process) resulting from the treatment of municipal waste. Waste in loose form not baled will be loaded by the ordering party using a loader at the Waste Management Plant in Wólka Rokicka, Wólka Rokicka 100, 21-100Lubartów.
b) The Ordering Party informs that during the performance of the contract there may be a change in the current waste processing installation. The Contracting Authority anticipates that the new location of the installation will be located in the range: 30-100 km from the Ordering Party's headquarters.

c) The Contractor is obliged to provide an adequate number of cars that can transport waste, i.e. up to 8 transports per day at the request of the contracting authority.
d) Loading hours: between 7:00 and 21:00 from Monday to Friday.
e) The service will be provided continuously for a period of 24 months from the date of signing the contract.
f) The estimated amount of waste to be transported during the term of the contract will be 30,000 Mg (basic range), and the amount covered by the option right: an additional 4,000 Mg.
The minimum guaranteed amount of waste to be transported is 20,000 Mg.
The actual amount of waste to be transported will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party.
